Colorizing Commissions — I color existing art, doing the line art as needed. Usually that of

$50 USD for a base of 1-2 characters
+$25 each full-bodied character (Partial bodies may be discounted based on complexity/incompleteness)
Usually between +$0 and $30 for backgrounds/foregrounds (Depends on how complex)
