My tablet pen...

Hi, Everyone!
Anyone else have an XP Pen 12 tablet? I bought screen protectors for it, and it worked fine for awhile, but... now I'me xperiencing total sensitivity loss and sometimes it doesn't even, like.. register the pen at all. And it's been making my process really slowa nd my line art chunky and crappy. I don't know what to do. Do I change the screen protector? Get a new pen? What do I do?

Is there anyway you can try to use the pen without the screen protector to see if it still happens? that way you can see which one is the issue.

I can try it. I have replacement screen protectors, it came in a pack. I'm just annoyed; if the screen protectors actually turn out to prevent me from using the tablet, what is the point?

I changed the screen protector to one that seemed more specific to the tablet and... lo and behold... it works. It even has the same texture. So maybe I was using the wrong screen protector the whole time
