This'll cover what I don't have for the emergency vet visit. He's sprained his front paw and seems to be constipated. I suspect the fever he got while beating an eye infection is the cause as to why he might be dehydrated enough to have trouble going. (Two weeks ago I took him to the emergency vet {that visit cost 450} for the eye.).
