1) Do you work only with references?
- I work with my friend! He works on mods for SL. I can’t post these works Ych.commishes because I’m not sure that the administration will allow posting this type of work.

2) How is payment made?
- Payment is made using the boosty . If you have any difficulties, I will try to help you (I have already help this to other people more than once). Don't worry if you accidentally send extra money - I'll refund it! If we are unable to make a payment using boosty, I will contact my PayPal intermediary! I have been working with him for almost three years, but this method is a little uncomfortable for me (because it is working through another person who is sometimes busy)

3) Can I pay with art?
- No. Payment is made only in money.

4) I liked the character! Can you hold it?
- Certainly! Character(s) hold for a week! I can't hold on to a character for longer, I've gotten myself into trouble too often because of it.

5) I like the character, but I want to change it
- Yes! I can make your changes to the character and also send 2 versions of the images - old and new.
Changes are free if they are not significant, but if it is something large-scale (for example, changing a fragile female body to an athletic male one), then an additional payment for complexity is charged for this

6) Can I order a custom design?
Certainly! The cost of an custom design is the same as for ready-made auctions. The only difference between custom ones is that you make them from scratch yourself, according to your preferences and tastes!

7) I want to order a SL mod, can I buy it?
- Yes, as I said, my friend is engaged in custom mod. At the moment she does not have a price list, but she will soon make one and I will publish it on here!

8) I wrote a comment in Ych.commishes, but you didn’t answer, why?
- Suns, Ych.com has a terrible notification system. It sends them in large quantities and often confuses everything.
If you have questions, please write to me in Discord\Telegram or FA! There is no such messenger system as on Ych.Art or FA!

9) Do you have a blacklist?
Yes, no matter how sad it may sound, even though there are very few people there, it still exists. You can be blacklisted for the following reasons:

✦You are often rude to me and UVAL and you are trying to deceive us.

✦ You refuse to pay for a custom or a ready-made adoption (when this is done intentionally rather than due to random circumstances. We are all people and I understand that everyone can have problems. But when this is done intentionally with the aim of hurting or offending someone, do not think that I will forgive you. )

✦You are a fraudster or a plagiarist.

✦You made a chargeback (if it happened on purpose rather than by accident because you got into trouble)

Please note that if you are on my blacklist, you do not have the right to use other people to purchase our services from Uval! The blacklist will be published publicly in this topic. This is done in order to warn and protect other users and artists!
