I've already sent out notes to the accepted commissioners. I will do these out of order and try my best to open commissions once all these are done.

As always: Please don't complain about not getting a slot. Choosing them is hard enough for me and I try my best to work efficient and give everyone a fair chance. So saying that you "never have any luck" or something like that only achieves that I feel bad and nothing else.
