Circles... how the fuck do people draw them?
a year ago
I've decided to practice drawing circles. All my life my attempts to draw them ended up as:
* Ovals
* Ellipses with disconnected ends
* Or some fucked up things with some sides curved and others flattened.
So I'm only on day 2 of practice, but IDK how I should practice them in order to get better (rather than just end up drawing the same non-circular shapes).
Anyone have any suggestions how I should practice improving my circles? Or even just shapes in general?

Can you post what you're working on? Maybe we can help more if we know what you're doing wrong.
Try to keep the motion fluid and smooth. Not too slow or you'll get jittery, but not so fast that you're inaccurate.
you can also practice connecting dots with straight lines to improve your coordination.
not sure if this will help

But she gives a few different tips on drawing circles.
In the end, it's really in the practice and confidence of drawing the circle.
