Trouble at home

If I said I experienced more aggro away from home than at home, I would be lying.
Why do I say the above? - you may ask. Since I moved to my current home in December 2022, my housemate had been driving me absolutely crazy almost from the word 'go'. He had done nothing but drive me crazy. Although I'm not the only one who had been affected, he had been deliberately committing nuisance in more ways than one. Even the Police came round many times just to deal with him. To add insult to injury, very little had been done to resolve this problem.

Blaming others for anything he had done wrong himself.

It sounds to me like it might be worth contacting someone with power to get your roommate to go somewhere else.
