I think the key is to keep advertising. Post the fact the commissions are open everyday and everywhere you have a presence. As far as furaffinity is concerned: keep being active and comment and commission other artists. That will attract attention to you. Marketing friend. Marketing.

This never worked in my case. When I did reminders often (2-3 times per week), this only annoy people (especially on Twitter), and the only result which I got was losing watchers/followers. :(

But it's impossible to survive without any income, drawing was my the only possible good job. I'm disabled person, most of remotely jobs in my country are low-paid, but at the same time my bills are too high. I should take few of them for normal life, but because of this I won't have time to draw anymore.

So, your country doesn't have Disability benefits, it was your only income, and your bills are ridiculous? Okay, in my defense, I had no idea and recuse my earlier statement.

I'm getting about $55 per month in my currency and public transport is free for me. That's all help I'm getting for government.

You should keep advertising, screw what the people on twitter complain about. You're an artist and it's your income!
Advertising on furry discords where there is artist advertising channels is also good.
Personally I like to check those adverts to find new artists myself.

It'll be a loss if you stop doing art, I love your style but as always art is a luxury that is getting harder to afford. So it's understandable if you stop.

I don't know any furry discord servers and no idea how to find them. The only place I could join was giraffes channel on Telegram (they also posted my art there as people told me), but their admin told that I have no right to do that because my sona is okapi, when two members tried to invite me there.

I hope you keep going. I did love your art and be sad to see you go, but I understand that it can be hard to make income as an artist and you need to do what you need to do.

I still have no idea what happened and why. Before March things weren't that bad even when I started to get less commissions than in 2019-2022. But now I can say I lost my job as fulltime freelance artist.
