Because of situation in the world and low bank account balance since the middle of the summer I don't see the future. I'm sure things will be only worse and someday I'll realize that my inbox is empty for a few months and I even can't borrow money from a friend again to continue to exist. At the same time I realize that I'm totally a loser as artist not only because of this: I don't grow as artist and people are not interested in my art. When other people reaching few thousand followers in a year after they registered their accounts, I'm stuck on the same place and people just scroll my art in the feed and remove in submissions. Advise to "keep posting" which I always see in comments and replies isn't working.
I'm checking remotely jobs in my specialty from time to time, but turned out that my portfolio isn't interesting for employers: not only because things changed last six years, but also because my works were always too boring. Because of this I realize that I need to find something else, but the only skill which I have is drawing, beginner level as animator and also can make 3D objects, but this is ridiculous: nobody will want to pay for the same quality as mods for GTA Vice city. So looks like I need to learn something else, but in this case I need time for that and should be less active with drawing.
Don't know what to do.

For skills, I guess the world situation is very problematic with all the conflicts and all. It does not help culture and artistic/design jobs. Usually advertising hires a lot but with AI not so sure. I do not know which skills and hobbies you have. I think you indeed need some time for thinking, with friends/family to know what you truly want. If you want to stop freelance art (or cannot find a stable job in art), we can talk about what skills to acquire. But do not rush without thinking about what life you want for sure. Take care our lovely giraffe and do not lose all hope.
I just don't understand why other people always growing, when I can't even if I'm posting new drawings every day. And why any advice which I got always working for others, but not working in my case. I really tried everything what bigger artist told me to do.
Just to say that you should be wary to compare yourself to popular people, most I see only get that way because they know already popular people and just kinda luck into that situation.
Im not good at advice myself, just wanted to say that you can take a step back if you need to really sit down and figure out what comes next.
Challenge yourself to make an album cover, movie poster, abstract still life, technical drawing, or something along those lines. That's the stuff that looks good for a commercial portfolio.
Not in my country. It's very difficult to get there when you're an artist from the Internet.
Actually in real life I was shoe and leather stuff designer, so not sure that potential employers would be interested in album covers or movie posters. ^^;
