=T_T= If it doesn't serve your advancement, refuse it, and suggest another worker do it next time! I suspect your company has enough workers, who can take over this burden, and you tell your higher-ups/bosses what I did:

"I have too many schools already, and others have ONE paper/training. If I get any more low quality education, you cannot pay me more, since I am at my max possible per my job. If the teaching/testing personnel needs "meat to the grinder" choose anyone else. If you send me to school again, it should improve my status and my paycheck in the company...

To this my bosses said, that "they will send me anyway", but I outright said to them: "You can, but I get sick and will have too many sick days to continue...again and again. I WONT GO TO LOW LEVEL SCHOOL AGAIN..." And they know very well, that I can do this. I can just rank up too many sick days/missed school days to be able to graduate, and it will be just lost money to the company. They had to send less-educated people, then me...I am aiming higher, and told them about it. I know how the system works at this point, and know where the "weak spots supported by legal laws" are. They better bother someone else, unless they are ready to make me a lady-boss too.

What my bosses and higher ups wanted to do is, to send me learn more things, that I can do for them, FOR FREE! BIG NOPE! I am smarter then doing that. They pay me the possible top salary already. Next step is to send me to boss-school, and raise my maximum salary. Do that, or I won't do any more work, then I already do atm. Simple as that.
