Imagine crying about dubs, especially the ones who get morally outraged over them unironically. Only to find out they like Avatar, but try to cop out with "weell, technically it's not anime!" They still put it on the same caliber as regular anime, making that irrelevant.

Nuance no longer exists; we have to paint everything with the broadest brush and not look beyond the surface level. Also, dog piling when god forbid, someone doesn't align with you.

And their pathetic nastiness toward the VAs too. The best part is that they voice most of their favorite characters without realizing it. Pomni is a prime example. 

I'm not saying there isn't criticism to be made. However, arrogance has completely clouded their judgment; it's sad how widespread it's become. I can only hope the cycle ends, we come to our senses and break out of the echo chamber, but time will tell...
