I need advice

Ok here's the thing, in the last few days I've had a slump when it comes to drawing because I don't feel like what I'm doing is right.
Let me explain, I'm not that good at drawing and I support on images to guide me on how to do something, but now I don't know if that would be plagiarism or something else because although they are not the same, I really don't know what to do, I would like someone to help me with your opinion or any advice, because the truth is I don't want to stop drawing things and improve at this

ok la cosa esta así, en los últimos dias he tenido un bajon en lo que se refiere a dibujar debido a que no siento que lo que hago este bien.
Me explico, yo no soy tan bien dibujante y me apoyo de imagenes para poder orientarme en como hacer algo, pero ahora no se si eso seria plagio o otra cosa porque aunque no sean iguales la verdad no se que hacer, me gustaría que alguien me de su opinión o algun consejo, porque la verdad no quiero dejar de dibujar cosas y mejorar

Using other pics as references isn't plagiarism unless ya actually completely trace over it. People use pics as refs all the time. I say keep using those pics as references man. People tell me to practice with sketching or looking up tutorials online.
