I think I've mentioned it before, but the new model for fur seems a bit lacking. Maybe it's just me.

Oop, I missed that before. The buffer isn't great, the MR fur looks quite a bit better.

Oh, I was about to ask for a comparison. Thanks. I think the MR fur is only just an initial test - it has a lot more potential than that. But the fact that it seems to be better than the buffer hair and renders quicker is what got me excited.

The only critique I can offer is - do more.

Do another animation and ask for critiques then as that will give something specific for everyone to critique (and ask for it in the description - like what Grimm has been doing) It's probably better than asking for just general feedback in your entire archive.

It doesn't have to be huge, just something simple you think you might be lacking in or a simple loop so that others can look at it and figure it out for themselves.

Not specifically, no. But thanks for your input. I should make a habit of actively asking for critique when I post new stuff.

My biggest critique of your work is that your characters don't look very sexy. I know a lot of that is the fact that the works are commissioned and/or done for friends, but thus far all I've seen are girls with ugly faces and reptiles who look like they are slimy.

My advice to you is, honestly, to rip and then watch high-class porn. The really good porn can afford to hire expensive, good-looking actors who have the plastic and dietary habits to be very good looking. Most hot furry femmes are just hot guys/girls with ears and a tail.

Also, you should make boobs more natural instead of just big lumps, and make dicks thicker instead of just thin long broomsticks.

I know it's highly subjective, but what species do you think would work well? And thanks for your input.

There's a reason you see the same skunks/foxes/wolves popping up over and over again: they are well known and uncomplicated. When you get down to it, 99% of the sexy furry art is just putting a new head, fur and a tail on a sexy human form. For all their ranting and raving about animals, furries pretty much just want what humans all over want in terms of figure and design. This is why you see plenty of horse furries, but not many giraffe furries: an anthro horse is just a human with a horse-head on. An anthro giraffe would have a huge, long neck and would look "wrong."

The face too needs to look "human." Muzzles are "snubbed" or made short and puppylike in order to allow human-style facial expressions to occur. Eyes are put to the front on prey animals so that they have the same face as us predatory humans (another reason predatory animals like canines are preferred, their face has the same layout as ours).

The key is to make the character different enough to be furry, yet human enough to be attractive. Zig Zag is, of course, the most famous example of this. If you photoshopped out her head and tail, the remaining body could be applied to almost any anime chick.

This is also why most furry porn artists start out by learning to draw human figures, even if the heads are animals. To do anything different would appear "wrong." The many threads on Lulz where digitigrade feet, animal faces and other feral components have been photoshopped out for being "creepy" are blatant proof of this.

I see what you're saying here. The best furry characters are not anthropomorphic animals. They're zoomorphic humanoid aliens.

The frame is always humanoid in the beginning, then the species is applied on top. But when it comes to the face there must be enough hybridisation for the characters to look appealing. If they're too animalistic, they end up looking creepy and unsexy. Because only a few people are sexually attracted to actual animals.

So human aspects are woven into the animal head - eyebrows, lack of whiskers, sometimes more humanoid lips, and humanoid teeth too. The theory of "how furry" a character is is fascinating and probably pretty complex when you scrutinise it closely enough.

The point is just slap ears and a tail on a hot chick ;P

Well, I'd wana critique on how you do vaginas, but since I really haven't seen that much of how you do them, that'd be a bit hard hehe x3
And they're mainly covered by a penis... and technically relatively small... but that's beside the point xD

You should try experimenting with trying to draw faces difrently or try experiment a bit

Alot of your work seems to be around Oral and three-soms there's nothing wrong with this but i always considered it foreplay i'd like to see an prentration scene simiar to the Bridgett & Shawn animation.
