not the whole thing FA is doing that announcement but...
this site also has rules where you cant even yourself warn folks about scammers.
You can go: careful theres a person going around pretending to be me scamming folks
BUT
you cannot state a user who is on this site scamming folks cause that would then be harrassment.
Yes we have Artist Beware but thats the equivalent of Better Business Bureau who have absolutely NO power

Still, it would be nice of the moderation staff would take actual scam accounts seriously, but I've also heard that the mods have also been a mixed bag of doing proper work to being a bit... biased towards/against users they like/dislike.
