Wow, I did not mean to leave this journal hanging since February! Anyway. I filled the swimming pool today. It took a couple hours of just standing there with the hose. I couldn't put the hose down because it would flail wildly. It's one of those fancy hoses that has a pressure nozzle thing on the end.
Anyway. The pool's full now. Now we need to set up a little pump to keep the water moving so mosquitos don't think it's a body of standing water they can lay their eggs in, the little blighters.
