By commissoning or ordering a YCH from me, you automatically agree to these terms.
I reserve right to not accept your commission order for any reason.

Rights
Clients can repost the art at will as long as credit to me as the author is included and no profit is being made
My signature cannot be removed at all times
The copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for non-commercial use only.
I hold the right to upload the art piece to my galleries and use it for prints, ads, portfolios, Patreon etc...
I do not allow the use my art for NFT or AI art/training at all

Payment
I'm okay with payment plans (starting at 200€)
I request an additional charge if a deadline is given
I do not offer any refunds
I may request an extra for wings, complicated designs, detailed clothes, extra limbs or super detailed background
