"Hello everyone.  timberwolf627 here. I have a situation and any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Earlier this afternoon, my wife and I found out that our rent will be increasing due to the renovations of the apartment complex we live in.

And because it's under new management, she and I have to reapply for the 2 bedroom apartment we're currently in where the rent will be 1429 a month and after they finish renovating the vacant apartments, they'll be going door to door to current apartment tenants to inform they had a 60 day notice to either reapply or move out.

After a discussion with my wife, we both decided it's time for us to move on but we're gonna need help. To that end, I'll be starting up commissions to raise funds to get a new place for me, my wife and our dog.
