I was thinking of hiring a programer to make a small software for me.

I have been drawing emotes. Each one is 2000x2000. Every once in a while, i want to shrink them and put them on a grid so i can upload it to twitter and here as samples. I have been doing that manually and I hate it, it's so time consuming.

So I was thinking of commissioning a software that will let me drag in lets say 9 emotes, and it will automatically resize them, put them on a grid and spit a png for me to upload.

Now. Where the frick do I commission A PROGRAMER?
