Missed pride, again

Like, dammit.
Just in the last days of june I went to liquor store and there was pride-themed vodka there. Was tempted at first, but then got self-conscious and flustered and took something else instead. And during the weekend (like clockwork) those were removed since the pride was over. Actually went back to grab a bottle but it was too late.
It was the same thing with pride ski weekends. A couple of years before covid I noticed that there was a pride weekend on the slopes and I thought that maybe I'll dare to participate next year, and then the covid hit and no more skiing for me (since I have to use public transport to get there).

I know I'm always one awkward motherfucker when in public.
Lately I've been leaning into the wide-eyed open-mouthed retard smile pretty heavily. At least it makes people laugh.
