On the morning of July 8, a russian missile struck Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital in Kyiv. So far, 22 people killed, 2 of them are childrens, 82 injured. An Okhmatdyt doctor was killed. Rescuers, together with Kyiv residents, continue to clear the rubble.

Okhmatdyt is the largest children's hospital in Ukraine, annually treating more than 20,000 children from all over the country.
10 surgical departments, 5 oncology departments, 2 somatic departments, intensive care, 2 intensive care units, operating units, radiology and radiation therapy departments, part of the oncology and hematology laboratory (the only one in the country) were affected.
Currently, the children have been evacuated to other hospitals in the capital.
