not much, more so "hey drink more water and stay out of sun" that stuff. i managed to crawl to work today best i can at least the industrial freezer was good as i waltz in as much as i can in my tee shirt.

mid-high 80s farenheit over by me.. But I'm managing. I normally go for walks daily, but with the heat and humidity as of late I can't bring myself to do it. I get too sticky and hot.

Too hot for my liking.
Its ok during the day, but when the nights dont cool down...
thats death to my ability to get sleep.

i want it to be cold with ideally a big critter to snug up against.

I mean where I am it's not as hot, we've had hotter summers than this but we can also have very cold winters. Sometimes we can be buried under 16 inches of snow during a single storm. Of course a city about 50 mi south of me got over 6 ft of snow. They were shut down for a week just unburying themselves. We didn't get mail for like a whole week because the postal hub is down there.

At least your condition for it. I'm very conditioned for very cold climates. Usually I can get away with wearing shorts till it gets to the 40° mark.

The Heat is pretty rough, its the humidity that really makes things awful. Normal temps of 95 to 98, but with 75% humidity it feels like you cannot cool down! Thankfully the AC works here... but I am concerned for those who do not have it.

Yea that's bigger problem. Usually after it rains here the temps will drop significantly.

My skin shifted to red instead of brownish. :(
Though, I eat up to 6 pieces of tomato.
It is said, by scientists, tomato proved to make skin measurably protected against UV light.

That's the surprising factor! I spend around an our in summary. Only the time I move from building to an another building during my job. And, on my free days, just the shopping I go out.
Okay, in shopping I move on the sunny side of the street, because it's said sunbath is good for the health.
And I'm read now. :s
Fortunately, it doesn't hurt at all, but is scares me why I'm read instead of brownish.
Now, I fear to go into the sunlight.

Just far enough north for only the index to be 100-110's, not the actual temperatures. It was horrible mowing my lawn today. Absolutely soaked after 45 mintes work. Have to walk later in the evening so it's only 87😅. Almost glad for hurrica9ne season cause the cloud coverage is a blessing.

Yea work I have to wear a sponge strapped to my head, otherwise sweat will get into my eyes. I usually look forward to getting out of work because my house and home have AC.

Another option could possibly be to modify a cooler with like a fan setup. I mean if you can actually freeze a lot of water bottles and fill the cooler with the water could possibly bring some relief. Sort of like a backup in case the AC does fail in the future.

over 30°C there, hard to wait in the car waiting for work but at least it is only 30 for now and not 40°C
(probably reaching them in a few weeks)

Na, i do delivery, so until i get one i stick in my car, i am happy when i get one to do so i can put the AC on after sweating in my sauna like car for like 20 minute (can be an hour sometimes)^^

I work in it, so I'm used to it to a degree. Just a lot of sweating and drinking water. But my room air conditioner is struggling, lol. Hard to sleep when I cant keep my bedroom very cool
