I'm not good at describing poses but a lounging pose is always good, perhaps propped up on an elbow and chin resting on the hand.

I think him just sitting on a chair, looking blushy and shy would be great. Possibly trying to hide his expression behind a cup of coffee or tablet some.
He wears worker's coveralls, dark colors usually and large lightly tinted googles on his forehead or draped around his neck.
He's also a large lad, around 13ft tall.
