Suspended again
a year ago
so, i got suspended by FA again. i spent the last 7 days locked out of my Fa account, i just got it back.
Reason for suspension:
- A few "birthing" images i had censored thinking it would be ok, turns out it wasn't ok.
- One image i had used a real photo of pig butts/balls on the background, even tho i applied filters and it was blurred, it was still against TOS.
What will i do about it:
-considering just censoring birthing pics is not enough, i will go through all my past images and delete anything that might be problematic, this means a number of pics here might be deleted soon.
Moving forward:
-Considering any small mistake can get me permanently banned from Fa, i will from here on out, only upload ads for my latest image sets, so if you want to see them, you'll have to check my other pages (twitter/x, pixiv, etc.) those are linked on my main page here.
-I might post some images if i deem it to be safe enough.
-The same applies to commissions or any image.
FA is a really big site, and even if its not essential to my work, its a convenient place to contact people see references, etc. losing it would be a big pain, so unfortunately this is what i must do from here on out.
FA was the first place i started posting, and it has remained my "main" page for years now, but i cant risk losing access to it due to a dumb mistake, so this is for the best.
I'm not sure what would be my new main page now. i might start looking for other options, but for now, the best place to watch my work for free would probably be twitter.
Of course, by supporting me on subscribestar or fanbox you get access to my gallery.
But for now that's it, i will finish uploading the orc set but after that most uploads will be promotional with links.

They give you no chance to remove content they suddenly and arbitrarily deem a violation. No notification. No "Remove this or be banned" communication.
"They should not have uploaded content that violated the TOS"
That's the problem - an artist has to use their best judgement, and if an artist believes that the upload complies with the TOS, how are they to know otherwise?
GIVE UPLOADERS ONE OPPORTUNITY TO REMOVE THE UPLOAD BEFORE MOVING TO ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION. That's it! That's all that's needed! Give an opportunity for people to stay in compliance!
It's made worse by the fact that an upload could be considered A-OK by one admin and X-BAD by another admin. Or even the same admin at a later date.
and then people come back to fa
and then fa does something shit again
and then people go back to twitter
the cycle repeats because people are not aware that more art sites exist

Itaku is a good spot to be there more open with rules there, and Bluesky.
I find all kinds of dirt and trill art and THAT is left standing. But blurred Pig butts? Nope
I also uploaded a series of captions, but one of them got deleted because "You failed to credit the artist or receive permission" even though all of the captions have the artists in the description.
I want to use this sight more because of how many users visit it daily, but I fear I'm one or two posts away from being banned, despite following the rules to the best of my ability.

It's a real shame.
I was flagged for leaving a incorrect keyword for my own drawing. I was given a warning and if you do more mistakes, you get suspended. Once i heard about that
i hated FA ever since but because everyone still lives on FA, i am carefully posting here.
IB would be the best place out of the other locations.
IB tries to keep IB as a furry site, not humans but im okay with it since im not into humans in porn unless its really good bara.
but FA doesn't like certain.... themes...
