Hey all!!

Small life update, I've been doing waaay better health-wise, still trying to figure out the main issue however! Things have been hectic, but I'm managing~

I've been trying to post commissions I've done this year, I got through a good chunk of them, am hoping to post the rest soon! I've been working on a new ref sheet for Sage on and off as well, I can't wait to show her off~ 0v0

As for trying out a new payment method for commissions, I was thinking of going with Square! I hear about other artists switching from Paypal to Square for many reasons: It's simpler to use, as told by one of my artist friends! Supposedly you don't even need an account on Square to pay invoices, you receive the invoice through your email and can pay it there? I'll definitely test it out, and if you guys don't have any issues with it, then I may fully switch over!
Another reason I hope to switch over to Square, is because the Paypal fees have gotten crazy over the past few years. Paypal takes a decent chunk out of my earnings, and I don't want to have to raise my commission prices just to cover Paypal's fees if there are other better options out there.
I've also heard lots of nightmares about Paypal withholding money from artists, my friend being one of those artists. While I haven't experienced anything first hand, I would rather not take a chance with that, since this is my only income.

So yep, I may be trying out Square within the coming week! I'll also be out of town/away from my computer next week, and I've been wanting to open for a few sketch commission slots, so be on the lookout for that next week! The sketches will be done on my ipad, so they may look slightly different than my usual stuff(different brushes+program), but the quality will be just as good! Hopefully I can try out Square then, and I'm excited to do more sketches! Right now I'm sticking to more simple commissions, and will slowly work my way up to other commission types later on~
