Unfortunately FA doesn’t really have a feature like that. One thing you could do is upload the combined picture into your main gallery and then upload the separate pictures into scraps. That way, the multiple images doesn’t crowd your main gallery but are still accessible to FA users via scraps. Just an idea tho! I personally don’t have a preference between the two, as long as I get to see your awesome works :3

Once you’ve uploaded the pics you can use the [PREVIOUS, FIRST, NEXT] feature on FA, it’ll give you buttons to go to the adjacent or first pages on each one in the description. Just put them in this format:

First page: [-,-,id2] where id2 is the post number of the second page (in the NEXT spot)
Second Page: [id1, id1, id3]
Third Page (etc): [id2, id1, id4]

Unfortunately I don’t believe there is a way to actually upload the individual parts as a combined whole, this story button thing is generally what you’ll see for comics in FA. Also you’ll need to post the pics first so you can figure out the post id’s you’ll need to edit into the descriptions for the links.

Yeah, that will give you cleaner looking links than the arrows, although if you simply put the ID #s into a bracket [num, num, -] it’ll give you auto-generated buttons. So you can use the default if you like that one or do one with the [url=][/url=] modifier if you prefer a custom one.

FA's upload restrictions aren't based on a "longest side" but rather the total file size and number of pixels, so if you like you can paste them together in a vertical stack instead of a square, but other than that, no, FA doesn't have any sort of multi-image feature.

The adding in the previous/first/next button like was detailed above, and/or creating a folder for them are good ways to keep them together. Also uploading one after the other means they're right next to each other in your gallery.

On FA, most people are accustomed to using the built-in controls to move through sequential uploads. Just be sure to upload them in order, and if you want to go above and beyond provide links in the description for the previous next and first images in the series.

If you have chrome or Firefox check out the addon called FABUI FA uploader. Ive been using it for years and it's great for mass posting and you can also use it to link posts web comic style!

I like the example you linked where you combined the separate art pieces into a grid like that, it looks really good imo!!! I think that works with the format of this site where I would preferably stay on one page. Also unlike Twitter, full control over the image crop..! (This is different imo to when you’ve uploaded full illustrated comic pages, which do well as their own submissions on this site, like your recent “Chessmaster” comic!)

Comic pages work great, I agree! Sequential art is more of an inbetween of comics and 'standard' art. Decisions decisions.

I use FABUI addon/extension which is a Fur Affinity addon that can mass-up load files. You can even make an upload profile to quickly give submissions the same tags/atributes etc.

I use Postybird to mass upload all my series of images, and then with the templates feature in postybird, i can easily add the PREV| FIRST | NEXT. then i grab the links on postybird using the Log feature. most of it is just manually going into each post and adding the links. (tip: if you upload your first page first, you can fill in the [url=]First[/url] to all the next posts before uploading)

In postybrid just make a description template with [url=]Previous[/url] | [url=]First[/url] | [url=]Next[/url] for easy adding

if you like how multiple pieces look when grouped into one image vertically, but you dislike the preview, FA does have a custom preview image option! you could change the preview to just be the first panel, maybe, and then add in the title how many panels there are so people know to click through.

personally i prefer separate uploads that are linked together with the [prev,first,next] things but it's up to you! many people don't bother with those for short sequences and will just label them in the title as [1/3] so people look through the gallery for the other pieces.
