Definitely not a bad idea. Gives you a good reference, and informs everyone about what they can expect to spend. Just make sure to be fair to yourself!

I'd be very curious to see your prices, and people always ask me if I know of any feral artists taking commissions, so it'd be easier to point them to you if you had a sheet out there :)
