They are about home networks and weight lifting. Appreciate any and all who give the time to share their knowledge (^. .^) so thank you in advance.
Firstly, home internets: in brief I want to increase the strength of our WiFi. We have a decent basic router from our ISP but nothing too fancy. Our house isn't massive but walls are pretty dense. Currently the room I want to get better signal in (for VR stuff) gets yellow middle strength signal and my PC lives in thr same room as the WiFi router.
So my question is would you advise:
A) a better WiFi router
B) a WiFi extender
C ) a WiFi booster
D) combo of above
E) something else
If you can say why or link recommended products will happily give you big thankyou slurps.
And question number two for weight lifting and gym goers. Fat dragon wants to get a bit healthier, I want to try and work 20-30 minute regular gym sessions into my routine as there is a gym where I work. Cardio other than swimming currently sucks for me so want to focus on weights to get the blood flowing and rebuild muscle.
I would love advice on any of the following:
1) for short sessions, what warm up or warm downs would you recommend to avoid DOMS
2) are any muscle groups better for weight loss
3) Any other advice for what to focus on or avoid
Thanks again so much sweeties, very random I know. I love to do online searching and reading, but also like to back that up to taking to people with more experience than myself in areas.
Big slurps and smoonches to you all, stay scrumptious!

(This specific part here is meant to be a joke here, don't take it seriously)P.S. When is the tome to have perfect advice to feeding the Sea-Durgon? ^////^;(Again, it's a joke)
jokes aside i'd suggest whatever option allows you to increase the wifi's range with a wire connecting the extender/booster or whatever device to the original router physically, rather than some wireless extender which i admit i don't know what's out there but every time i tried getting better signal the more wires involved the more consistent it was even for nearby wireless devices
As for gym sessions, it would be helpful to do a mixture of leg, core, and arm workouts. Best to split them up in intervals or focus on one group for a day then the other on the next as to not overwork your favored portion of body. Don't go hard and fast, go slow and clean.
I used to go to the gym for two hours sessions, now my employment is the gym (Amazon) as I do lots of walking, lifting, pushing, pulling for 10 hours straight.
Older WiFi standards also might work, though they might make the connection slower. If you have something like 802.11ac, that might be still fine but 802.11n, 802.11g might be getting older. More recent routers are usually more secure too.
Checking your router specs would be the first thing to check, improving the WiFi then really depends on what features you might want. If your router is old and needs replacement, that might be the first thing to look for. Other than that, you could get some some Mesh system, it would probably be super simple and provide you with good WiFi throughout the house, though they can be really expensive. I don't personally have experience with Wifi extenders, but they might be the cheapest and usually enough option.
As for the other options. A better WIFI router is a possible option, and if your device supports more recent wifi standerds, and upgrade to the router can help a lot, and a good one can output a better signal. Wifi extenders are just taking in the signal from the router, and spitting out that same signal, but it could be poor quality. Mesh networking is amazing, and a hybrid "wired-wireless" works amazing, as the router is much more stable for 24-7 use compared to a puny WiFi adapter dongle.
If you can do wired, its amazing, and mesh is good for situations where you want 3 smaller routers that each can communicate with each other to spread a blanket of WIFI. However, as all, wired is the best if you can do it. If you want a better explanation, I can tell you more in notes or in discord if you want. (Its a lot to take in, you may want to read some guides online, and dont be afraid, once you understand it, it makes a lot of sense!)
(Also this is kind of my passion, if it is not obvious, so sorry for the splurge there!)
