Suspicious behavior of the artist

One of our artists 
CGamerXD began to behave strangely, she is online every day but does not open messages. I have received complaints and information about refunds. Exactly 7 days have passed since the artist began to ignore me. Perhaps the person has lost access to her account - or something happened to the author.
I have no information, I am suspending cooperation with the artist and do not recommend dealing with her.
If you have any information to defend this man, please let me know.
At the moment ALL the characters from her album are not for sale, I don't know what to do with them.

She lied about a double payment going through, and all she had to do was a simple edit on an icon. She's left me, and another client, hanging for several weeks/months. Luckily for me I was able to successfully do a charge back for both payments, but regardless it's extremely unprofessional and shitty thing to do.
Lakritsa I'm glad you cut ties with this scum bag. CGamerXD I hope it was worth it.
For some reason she ignores us.
