1: Anyone that is not scared to throw hands.

2: Ok with talking with others people or not.

3: They can't start with a power.
If they do have one power tied to them to work with, it maybe ok. as long as it's not on the level of reality warping or time traveling. as that can can get messy! ;w;

4: If they have an ability to help them be good at something, then that is alright. like knowing how something works just by fixing it a lot. or just knowing how to throw a punch from getting into to many fights

5: Noting taller then 14 feet pleas. I can't tell you how hared it is to fit a character on a page that is too big to fit on to it! XD

6: If you have to make a character for this setting.
