I never knew him personally. I did not agree with how the site was run and I still have many gripes in regards to the infrastructure and rules in place, however I can't say I ever hated him.

I was overjoyed that he favorited one of my submissions, of which I had to edit out the image from as the small stature of some pokemon now violates the rules, but I archived the image of him favoriting it mainly because I wanted to be able to show folks it happened and because I was archiving one of Athus' last conversations.

Little did I know I would archive a favorite of Dragoneer.

It's horrible how he died and how the health care system held his life for ransom.

Hopefully in the hereafter, he will be able to rest.
