I'm sure by now you all have heard the news, whether it was here on FA, on Furry Twitter, or the various Discord or Telegram groups that you are a part of.

But yes, in case you didn't hear, Dragoneer, owner and founder of FurAffinity, has passed.

I didn't know him personally and I can't say if he knew me, but what I do recall was his amazing commissioned artworks and the fun he obviously had in commissioning them, whatever the theme was, whether it was VORE, MACRO, FAT, HYPER, INFLATION etc.

I'll always remember one commissioned pic of his in particular, featuring his digimon Dragoneer OC and his mate, Sciggles, which was drawn by Duo Radon aka

Said pic was so silly and yet, clever, that it sorta prompted me on how and what I should ask for when commissioning my own artwork.

So all in all, you have  dragoneer to thank for the way I commission my artwork and how silly yet sexy (and maybe clever) it can be at times.

As for the future of FA, I've been hearing that it'll be unplugged as Dragoneer is no longer around but it's hard to say at this point.
