Passing of Dragoneer

I'm not much around anymore, but I heard about Dragoneer's passing, and it's a big loss for the community here.
I never knew him much at a personal level but felt compelled to write this statement to memorialize him here today (August 7, 2024):
I will be forever grateful that you have helped create and keep this space alive. Kept it going, despite all the conflicts, problems and issues. Despite the pressures of the high highs and low lows.
Although I'm not as active as I once was, this place was definitely a safe haven for me during some darker moments in my life in years past. It was a huge relief to retreat into my stories and my commissioned art and this was my space to do that.
It's my hope that this community will continue to thrive and persevere despite your loss. That we will rally together and continue posting all our creative endeavors and share our passions with others, as I know you would be happy to see us continue doing. That FA will go on to shelter all of us crazy and wonderful people will be a testament to you and your efforts all these years.
