The only question right now is who's going to be named the new owner (and whether they'll treat the site as well as him), and that's assuming Neer didn't have a plan in place for exactly this sort of scenario. The site's not going anywhere.

I'm sure something like the site going down permanently isn't going to happen, I'm more concerned about who's going to be running the site. There's an admin on here that seems have a vendetta against certain groups on here and if they get into power I feel like this place will go to hell.
