I personally have most of my stuff duplicated on my Inkbunny account. It's the only other furry art gallery site besides FA, that gets a reasonable level of activity, is fast, and matches all of FA's features. Sites like X/Twitter aren't really suitable as art sites, as it's not easy to find older material from favorite artists there. The ads there are way beyond annoying too, It's all ads for AI scams and pharmaceuticals, insurance and far right propaganda, and other non-furry junk, after every four to six tweets. E621 is out as a furry art gallery site, as there is no way to actually watch and be notified when favorite artists submit new art.

I don't think FA is going to vanish though. If the bills weren't being paid on time in the past, then FA would have lost their hosting facility already. It's safe to say that Dragoneer was paying his FA bills. I saw comments from him though, where he said that FA+ and the internal furry ads, wasn't covering all of the cost of running FA, so he was paying some of the cost out of his own pockets.

I trust that if FA ends up in financial trouble, that those in power will make an announcement about it. I personally paid for two separate FA+ memberships for a year and a half, but am only paying for one right now. If they say they need help to keep FA alive, I'll go back to paying for two FA+ memberships - one for each of my two FA accounts. I'm pretty sure that enough users will step up, if needed, to keep FA viable, so I'm not worried. It's still always a wise idea to keep your art and other important stuff on at least two different sites, in case of unexpected problems.
