Slight Changes

Slight and small changes, none bad, all good. For me at least.
Finally decided to leave Deviant"Art" as a place where I post artwork. Various factors made this choice easy for me, but recent ones kind of sealed the deal.
20 years I was on the platform.. and after 20 years of just watching DA turn into what it is today.. it was just.. time to let go.
Tired of the scam bots, tired of the AI images posing as "art", tired of of the lack of user accessibility after Eclipse.
16 years and going still here on FA. (16 if you count my original account. Never left~)
Weasyl will be the next addition to where I share my work.. after I get a voucher that is.

Yeah I lurk dA but it's trash to what it used to be. My bestie from over there left gosh probably almost a decade ago and its not been great sine then for sure.

Its sad too.. DA used to be THE place for artists.. Made a lot of friends through there, some of which are here on FA as well. But, with the worse and worse changes they've made over the course of these past 20 years, it's a shell of it's former self. I TRIED after they added eclipse, still hate it. Got tired of scam bots. But the biggest is the fact they actively PROMOTE AI generated images.. I just can't anymore.

Yeah it freezes on me half the time I try to comment on someone's piece. Major pain in the arse.
