Where I've been
Of course, I've not been as active due to the "Anti-Babyfur" wave on the site.
Even if it wasn't for that, however, I would still be less active, and I'd like to share why.
For four months, I took some courses related to C# programming. Game Development, while a very Herculean task, is still something I can't evict from my mind. When I came across those courses on a website I already had a membership in, I decided to take them, as the programming was easily the hardest part of Game development. Believe it or not, I managed to pass all four of them. There is another one, though I've decided to take a break for now.
Sadly I'm no game guru coding god. I still can't exactly remember how to pull off the same games we made in the courses, but now, I have a much better understanding of C# and can recognize terms and even how to do certain things at the very least, so it wasn't a waste.
I've also been working with 3D modeling to create assets in my games. This has progressed much better and I've even mostly modeled a Nagant 1895 Revolver to what I consider a very good replica. I still need to learn how to properly animate it and I can't seem to find any tutorials for that though. I have been making some Dev logs regarding my progress in Unity, so if anyone has some experience in that or Blender 3D, let me know and I can share.
Has my writing improved? Sadly no :(

FA+

I did finish Salmonsen Inferno a while back, but trying to finish some more projects, preferrably before the end of the year. And I will get back to game development soon, for long term goals.
I get it with the writing, what I try to do is be genuinely interested in my world as I write. to actually be in the moment.
Though my struggle is the menial things. that was my biggest struggle writing Salmonsen Inferno, it was only the "final Conflicts" and the ending where I was able to write the whole thing. Also, when I am on break in between, I walk away, walk around, then return to my writing.
Actually, the hardest struggle I had with my book, was when I actually published it, I had to learn how to format my book a very specific way.
It could also be due to the fact that my second book originally wasn't meant to exist until I realized I needed another book to properly bring the first arc to an end.
