Gallus Just Wants to Rest is a story involving Gallus sleeping at the Hotel Mazarin in New Orleans. When his friend, Silverstream, wakes him up after flying from his balcony door, things go for the worse when Silverstream has not paid the manager to stay at the hotel. This is a MLP non-macro story.

Summary
Gallus stays at the Hotel Mazarin in New Orleans so he can rest. However, his friend, Silverstream, wakes up him hoping she can stay with him despite not realizing she did not pay the manager first.

Notes/trivia
* This is the first time since January 2023 where Gallus receives ponies in real life content and the first time since May 2023 where Silverstream receives ponies in real life content, and the first since November 2022 where they both appear in a ponies in real life image together.
* It marks nearly a year in which any ponies in real life images takes place in New Orleans.
* This is the second story set in the real world released in 2024 where the MLP characters are not giant-sized, following A Tale of Two Beauty Mark Ponies.
* For unknown reasons, the story was worked on after The Biggest Hippogriff of Missouri, which involves Sky Beak.
