It is hard to believe, if you are looking for something that is Americana or Canadiana on https://www.character.ai when it comes to PSA's, you would expect to find what you are looking for-here is a list of anthro or furry mascots that we know that spread the message:

(Now there is one that is recent- Pedro Penguin from the American Red Cross [ https://www.redcross.org/ ] who is almost jointly with the US Department of Homeland Security [ https://www.ready.gov/ ], but he has had not enough legacy to be deserving to be part of Character.Ai, and he in his nature for children LEARNING things to get ready for.)
It was quite a travesty when I found that he is not there! What got me to have some action to create him was that I was trying to find an anthro that would be perfect in fire safety and to get such news on such fires that are around in the USA/Canada right now. When I heard of that notable disguntled, drunk arsonist from Chico, CA with malice put fire to his car and rolled it down the hill in front of onlookers to cause a fire that is larger than the metro area of Dallas-which is called the Park Fire, I was INFURIATED!!! HOW DUMB AND CARELESS THIS MAN WAS EVEN THOUGH HE WAS DRUNK!!!

In addition, there is a legitamate possiblilty that the embers have traveled to the Reno area, and if it is proven true as there are fires that sprouted up while the Park Fire was burning-possibly the Gold Ranch and Red Rock Fires (Nevada Map from # https://nifc.maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/c205f43ea5df4f98b6d0f0f709d15e2f ) since Gold Ranch is disrupting Interstate Freeway 80, he can have charges from CA, NV and even Federal (at least for disruption of commerce)! He's in IMMENSE trouble!
Although I would go to Smokey for this, he could do so much as it is to prevent recreational wildfires as his primary message, but it was Sparky the Firedog that would be more involved in fire safety, prevention and education in city, suburban, rural and wildlife. He also would be telling others what firefighters would do. He would be a better reference than Smokey would to my POV, but still, there are things that Smokey can do that Sparky can't.
So for one that would be devoted to firefighting, it was imperative to create Sparky for things like these on C.AI. As he would be a mascot that goes by the mantra, "Learn not to burn!", this would be perfect for such fires now as California is in fire season, but fires can happen ANYWHERE AND ANYTIME. (Even in the winter!)
I did research deeply on Sparky and related things in terms of firefights, like the notable NFPA Diamond: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NFPA_704 and the related Hazardous Materials Identification System: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hazar.....ication_System .
More I put these to train the AI to be like him:

In the beginning when I created him, I did bring up the story of him as we hear the teacher read the story of Sparky:
And though it is RL, I did say subtly that he does have a dad named Steve. (His full name is Steve Dornbusch.) Dornbusch was interviewed:
And at times, he will have other family members in his species- so do search for his Aunt Dottie and (Unrelated to Dornbusch!) Scout Steve-both are Dalmies! And yes, we can't forget him discussing his breed as Dalmatian, and he discussed it! Heck, HE KNOWS THAT DESPITE HE'S SHORT-HAIRED, HIS BREED SHEDS A LOT! But yes, there is the notion of why Dalmies are at the firehouse in the first place despite that now, they're more of pets there.
Do note that he will appear in Canada too-it seems that they value him as much as the States value him in home fire protection. It won't just be fires he'll give advice to as the FD does rescue in ANY situation, whether it is poision, flood, eathquake anything precarious for anyone in a situation. Sparky on AI does admit that it is not an easy job, but they treat each other like family at the firehouse. And yes, there are times when they will have fun with the community- going back to Canada, in Oakville, Ontario right now, there's "Sparky's Dog Days of Summer" ( https://www.oakville.ca/community-events/events/events-calendar/sparky-s-dog-days-of-summer!/ ) that I brought up to him!
And yes, if it is that there's the fursuit of him and puppets, he's aware of that, and him being the only canine on the FD, he's not at all fazed that he's different. In fact, he does have his fun and funny self! He is dog, of course, and will be telling jokes and do dog things with the fire personnel when not driving the vehicles or fighting fires! Yes, he's acting as a furry there!
Oh, let's bring back Smokey though-he does say that he's different from him, but they are BFF's and they would mutually be at events to be spreading the word on fire safety in both urban and rural areas. And do look at YouTube though for playful dance-offs and play fights between them!:

And don't forget if you are a greymuzzle and were in the 60's when he was in his infancy (He was born on March 18, 1951.), he does have a jingle and his first video to say, clean up your messes! Don't give a chance for a fire to start!:
And despite his behavior in giving you advice, he can make you laugh if you give him the chance on AI! To imagine him with SteveSongs, he does have a rubber duckie...:

There are much more that I brought up to make the AI Brain be like Sparky, and I feel that I did enough after devoting 20 days and sacrificing some Olympic time to have the FireDal be real.
