I only had like 20 patrons back then, kemono stole my art and refuse to remove them! this is really stupid! they call themself art enthusiast but can't respect people who created the art!

Doesn't Patreon have a way for you to tell who downloaded/saved the artwork? That should help narrow down who actually did it and possibly be able to request a removal/ban/block to that user.

No, my patreon already gone year ago, they uploaded them to kemono.su site, and this admin refused my removal request with stupid reason.

File through with the DMCA Takedown, worse comes to worse, find out who they are running through (Cloudflare or some other server company) and file through them.

So instead of direct admin - go for the hoster or cloud service (fair option) who have a greater risk if refusing a DMCA takedown (up to ISPs forced to delist them from the DNS)

DMCA however requires you to provide your RL identity.

Unfortunately, yes. But it seems that may be the last route to take if the site admin is refusing the DCMA Takedown.
