I am also experimenting in doing animated commissions (Starting $250USD $350 with an option to pay in 50:50 payments, first payment after the initial draft is accepted with the final as work is completed) that will more or less have the quality seen below. My most recent work is what you can expect as far as art/animation quality (Full render with 6-10 individual frames looping), with the following examples of me doing work on another's artwork to use as what kind of frame rate you can expect.
