The Importance of Diversifying Where You Post

Hey all
It's fortunate to have Fur Affinity back but it left many completely in the dark. Many artists not knowing where else to post their art to reach their watchers and viewers not knowing where to find their favorite artists.
Please make accounts on different gallery sites.
For artists please cross post all your art to those sites. Postybirb is excellent for this.
For watchers, follow your favorite artists/writers/composers/ect everywhere. Let them know you are there. Yes you will see the same thing pop up on multiple sites. Heck, send them the same comments on each site. If you mark something as a favorite at one place, do the same elsewhere.
In short, we shouldn't be panicking about losing our favorite art and artists and our followers because just one site went down.
also, I'm assuming most do already, but artists, always keep at least one physical backup of anything you make so it can be re-uploaded just in case the worst happens and the server gets wiped or rolled back.
The same goes for commissioners. Keep at least one physical backup of anything you have received.
