•Hello! All Commissioners are required to fully read over my TOS.
•By commissioning me you understand that I am a colorist, and limited to what I can and can not do.
• You must be 18+ to commission.
•I only do YCH commissions, and wing-its base work.
•I do not take a commission from blank or new accounts unless we have spoken on Discord or Twitter.
•The account also must be at least a month old. If you are not sure, just ask me; There are some exceptions.
If you have any questions about my do and don'ts just ask
• I Do Not Draw -
OC/Characters based on Copyrighted character(s) (Pokemon, Disney, anime, video games etc)
There are some exceptions; depending on the character and art.
• Will Do
Chest edits; this depends on the base.
Species edit to the YCH to fit your character.
• Will NOT do:
Large body edits - Hyper
Scat
Watersports
Vomit
Death
Cub Porn
Enlarged Muscles
Hyper
Drug-Related
Gore/Vore
Mecha/Robot Parts
NSFW ART OF UNDERAGE CHARACTERS
Or underage characters in general.
Incest -
Sibling characters in a NSFW pose that will come off as Incest or close to this.
All other fetishes or themes depend on whether I'm comfortable withdrawing.
(If you have something in mind PLEASE note me about the fetish or theme NOT in public. )
I Do Not -
Take ref sheets that are taken from video games -
Like VR chat, second life etc
Unless:
The picture is clear
No shading
Shows all marks and colors
•YCH Commissioners: Premade YCH Poses come limited to what is available to it.
Example: Certain Horns, Hairstyles & Wings.
I only draw canine & human penises.
I will do what I can to match your character and look to the pose you want.
WIPs are not given for YCH Commissions.
• Finish Time
The finish time is 3-4 days, a week; two at the max unless something comes up.
For Ref Sheets - It can take up to a month or longer depending on the character.
Weekends and Holidays are personal days; I only do art on those days if I have time.
• Ko-Fi Members
Ko-Fi members will receive the finished YCH artwork at the end of each month.
There are no refunds, so please cancel your membership before next month if you no longer want it.
•Adopts:
You are allowed to post the character as long as proper credit is given.
You can make minor changes to the design but credit me as the original designer.
You are not to resale more than you purchased unless you have extra art.
Free Adopts can not be sold unless you put money into the character.
•Payments
Payments currently are Paypal only.
All payments are upfront and must be paid within 48 hours.
You will be sent payment details after I review your YCH request.
•Refund Policy:
There are no refunds.
The one exception to this is if I drop your Commission,
•Commissioners
Must always credit & the base I used for the YCH
You may not remove/erase my watermark or any watermark.
Trace over my work.
Claim the art is your own
•Posting:
All commissioned art is allowed to be re-posted and used for personal use by the commissioner as proper credit is given.
You must provide credit to my FA or a link to my FA if uploaded on other sites. (Or other sites where I upload my art)
Commissions done by me will be uploaded to my page so that others can see my art style.
If you do not want your artwork posted, there will be an additional $10 No Posting Fee.
• Blocking/Banning
If for any reason you do not follow my TOS you will be blocked from commissioning me again.
If you make a habit of commenting to buy something then back out multiple times you will be blocked and banned.
Ghosting and reading notes about your commission or payments.
This goes for adopts, auctions, and ych as well!
Harassing me, refusing to accept why I won't take your commission, or pushing the subject will get you blocked/banned from commissioning me.
I can and will deny any commission if these rules are not followed or if I don't think I can draw what is asked.
I ask that commissions be credited to my FA page or Twitter or any of my other socials, just as I said above, and PLEASE do not trace or say the image is your work. (Updated 1/28/25)
