It was fun! Similar to 2023 but with more people this time. I maintain that Megaplex has the best convention center and hotel of any of the cons I've gone to. Only problem is the weather that time of year, but you're not required to go outside and they do a good job cranking up the air conditioning (especially compared to FWA).

I got there on Wednesday and had a chill evening. Thursday is when most people arrived and Wilgeon showed up (he was rooming with me). We went to Disney's Hollywood Studios for a Thursday night after hours thing and got to see Fantasmic and ride a bunch of rides -- also got to pilot the Millennium Falcon which was great!

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday were con-focused days. Tons of fursuiting! Also made it to the Saturday morning fursuit parade in fursuit. The usual assortment of panels, events, dealers, and such. The entertainment was a bit weak compared to the other big cons. It also rained every time I wanted to get in the pool. Food was good! Hotel's B-Line Diner was amazing and visited a lot (good prices, portions, and cooking).

I flew home Monday. Then I got to enjoy post-con depression for the following days. Such a fun experience. Definitely recommended! I plan to go again next year (2025), but I'll probably stop after that. With 7k people this year that means next year will probably be 8-9k. If the growth continues, then 2026 means they'll be "too big" and the hotel drama and crowding will make visiting unappealing.
