Character poll of September + life update

Remember the Canada thing? I got my tourist visa rejected after all I paid to get it. Big disappointment no doubt. Guess they suspected I was planning to migrate illegally because I am Latino.
It feels nice to believe we are all equal in the year of 2024, but then things like this happen and I come down crashing and burning back to reality.
Anyway, I was anticipating I would get rejected anyway, so I made a plan B which is to go to Costa Rica. Tomorrow I’m leaving my home and will pedal by bike all the way up there, equipped with clothes, food and very few things besides that. Naturally, this will mean that I’ll be drawing way less than usual, but I’m bringing a tablet with me to continue working on comms and everything else.

Consolation: Costa Rica is also tropical pretty, and got a bunch of friends that LOVE The place! Not a drop-down offer, so much as an awesome alternative.
