As I said in my previous journal: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/10673471/ , I’ve been avoiding using FA in the wake of their recent policies. The moderation team recently continued to double down on their anti-ABDL policies and continued to show a lack of understanding for what their platform is used for, so I felt the need to make another journal.
This account’s days are numbered and I know it. I will refuse to comply. The mods will think or say they’re cracking down on cub porn, but all they’re doing is alienating a significant portion of the fandom. Actual cub porn artists are not being touched, but popular active diaperfurs are being targeted. It’s a farce and an act of bullying, and I’m not going to enable them. They just want to see less diaper content on their horny searches that “cramp their vibe,” and bully multi-faceted furs into sharing less diapers.
I already have everything on this site backed up. Nothing will be lost in the event of the mods getting uppity.

I also just anticipate this site going belly-up without Dragoneer. It might be a slow death, but it will die just the same. The mods will kill this platform by shoving out all their support, and without the money…

So no, I’m afraid I can’t just “not upload cubs.” That’s not the criteria that keeps people safe from bans.
Apologies for jumping into this journal, but I've been seeing artists getting hit with bans left and right, and I'm not sure what's going on. Nothing about a new policy change, just seems really outta the blue.
But I will say, for all this site's problems, if FA dies, good luck trying to find a relevant art hosting site that's not a ghost town, has bad policies of their own, or has forsaken artists for "AI artists". The sad reality is there's really no viable alternative if this place dies. InkBunny is relevant, but it's also InkBunny. Weasyl, Furry Network, and SoFurry are all but irrelevant. And e621? It's active, but it's more of a database for porn with next to no engagement.
I've said this when they dropped their infamous policy change last year in May that it almost seemed like Dragoneer and the admins were turning to the site into their own personal menagerie.
