The Romans. The Ottomans. Blockbuster. Empires rise and fall, and FurAffinity's glory days are far behind it. Without Dragoneer's leadership, the site's moderation has only gotten worse, and it feels like ABDLs are not welcome here anymore.
I don't know what site will be FA's replacement as the ultimate furry art hub, but a few notable artists have already been active on Weasyl.

They are desecrating Dragoneer's legacy and destroying everything the site holds dear. Things aren't going to get better anytime soon unless the mods get called out and banned for life. I really wish artists could come together, and collaborate their own website as a safe haven for artists to safely do their stuff and promote mods who don't make up rules on the fly or block innocents.
