This is one of the reasons why I hate having to call upon tech support. e_e

They're unreliable when they tell you to call them back. Tech guy was offering to order me a new hard drive, the thing he said i needed. But I was wanting to make sure there weren't more options, specially with some of the people my family knows.

So I told him I'd have to get back with him on it, so he left me his number, told me how to reach his extension... and that's the last i heard from him.

I tried to call him twice, wanting to take him up on that offer to order the hard drive for me... and he hasn't called back. I'm sure he's busy... but I'm getting tired of using a frikkin laptop.

Gonna give him one more day, today, then I'm gonna ask someone we know for help on this matter.
