God I want to draw a webtoon

I want to draw a webtoon so bad but I have crazy levels of writers block and shy person self doubt. I write decently but I think too hard about whether things make sense and end up researching some obscure thing that is barely relevant. I wish I had someone to collab with so I had the focus and motivation to actually do the thing. Is there like a Tinder for comics where you can match with a writer?
whatever you do, it's always best to try a very short one first (and even then they tend to take longer than you expected) to see if you want to tackle a longer one.
