Ever since a couple of days ago, I have been having a very hard time with my body. I had covid three years ago and now I am very slow to heal while I have a weak immune system

I'm in absolute pain today, I can barely move my body my throat is on fire and I'm very out of it. If you don't hear from me for awhile, I'm super sorry I was hoping to finally get more time off from working the summer, then this happens ^_^;
