Hi there!
Maybe you heard about more and more troubles with payment method in RU
so. owners of boosty&hipolink made tutorial how to create virtual debit card for payment - and it can use Paypal too!

Also some update about payment method:
I can use Paypal as "for friends&family" payment, so please be patient with me ^^
Virtual cards still is preferable way, but I try all ways :D
